This role plays a vital part in ensuring our services align with State and Federal standards, authorized units, and agency expectations.
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities, but works closely with Residential Supervisors, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and the Residential Service Coordinator.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities the Unit Tracking Specialist is expected to perform, including but not limited to:
Implement and adhere to all Support Solutions policies and procedures
Verify documentation meets all State and Federal standards
Conduct routine and as-needed documentation reviews
Assist the Residential Service Coordinator with training related to documentation standards
Collaborate with Residential Supervisors and DSPs to improve documentation quality
Identify insufficient, incomplete, or noncompliant documentation and communicate corrective needs
Maintain accurate staffing patterns in accordance with authorized units
Monitor schedules and documentation to ensure compliance with approved service levels
Maintain accurate unit tracking spreadsheets and internal records
Assist in preparing narratives to justify staffing requests when required
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED is preferred
Administrative, compliance, or documentation-review experience of minimally 2+ years
Experience with Therap or similar documentation systems preferred
Certificates, Licenses & Travel:
Valid Driver’s License is preferred; Reliable transportation is required
