Support Solutions is a nonprofit organization based in Lewiston, Maine, providing person-centered services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

Our mission is to help the people we support live meaningful, self-directed lives while creating a culture of possibilities where every person feels empowered to ask, “Why Not?”

Our services include MaineCare-funded Home and Community-Based Services through Maine’s Section 21 and Section 29 Waiver Programs. These services include supported residential living, individualized support, community integration, skill development, and Creative Trails community day programs featuring art, music, social connection, and meaningful community experiences.

Support Solutions also offers rewarding employment opportunities for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference. Career opportunities may include Residential Direct Support Professionals, DSP Team Leads, Service Coordinators, Residential Coordinators, and other administrative or leadership positions. Full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement may be available.
