Review Your Training Calendar
An updated copy of the training calendar has been attached to your welcome email. Please review every scheduled date and make arrangements to attend all required training sessions.
Attendance, punctuality, participation, and professional preparation are important parts of successfully completing onboarding.Failure to complete all of the required onboarding trainings will result in a delay in being released to work in the field, and/or termination of employment. Please communicate all potential scheduling conflicts to Danielle, the Employment Coordinator.

Please review the complete Welcome Packet before moving on to your New Hire Onboarding Forms. The packet includes important agency expectations, employment standards, policies, training information, and guidance for beginning your new position.
Please read every section carefully. Do not skip directly to the onboarding forms, as the information in this packet will help you understand what is expected throughout onboarding and employment.

Complete Your New Hire Onboarding Forms
After reviewing the Welcome Packet & Standards, complete and submit all required New Hire Onboarding Forms provided through Adobe.
The Adobe forms include designated areas for uploading supporting documentation. Please prepare clear digital copies or readable photos of:
- Current driverβs license
- Current proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma, GED, official transcript, or other accepted education verification
- Applicable professional certifications or licenses
Your onboarding forms are not complete until every required section has been filled out, all signatures have been provided, and all requested documents have been uploaded.

What to Bring to Orientation
Please bring the following original information or documents. Photographs or photocopies may not meet federal verification requirements.
Bring the original card rather than a photograph or photocopy.
Bring your bank routing number and account number, such as a voided check or official bank document.
Depending on the documents you provide, an additional acceptable I-9 document may be required.
Not sure which I-9 documents to bring?
Review the official list of acceptable documents before orientation. Documents must be original and unexpired where applicable.
