Residential Housing
The State of Maine's Section 21 Home-Based Waiver provides safe, supportive residential housing for eligible adults. Support Solutions creates nurturing home environments where individuals can thrive with the right level of daily support and care from our exceptionally trained Direct Support Professionals.

Creative Trails
Through the Section 29 Community Supports Waiver, Creative Trails offers enriching daytime programming. Participants engage in meaningful activities that build skills, foster creativity, and strengthen community connections. Programs include creating Art, Music, and exploring the beautiful state of Maine

Eligible individuals may only participate in one of the Waiver Programs listed above — either Section 21 (Residential Supports) or Section 29 (Creative Trails Community Supports), not both simultaneously.

All waiver services are paid for by MaineCare through the Medicaid Waiver Program.
